I had my wedding ceremony and reception here. The ceremony was outside with a spectacular view of the river behind us. The reception was up on the second floor right above the restaurant. Everything was absolutely perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better location to have my special day. The staff was attentive and helped set up everything. They were quick with any questions we had. They catered our dinner and the food was great grilled chicken and beef with gravy. Beef was to die for. We had a lot of very last minute requests but the staff stuck with us and did a great job getting everything we needed. If you have any kind of event I suggest getting with them and doing it here because everything was just awesome! Everyone had a great time.

This place is absolutely incredible! From the view to the service and of course the amazing food Wando River Grill met and exceeded all expectations! I have visited my friends in Charleston many of times and each time they take me out to all of the hot spots, Wando River Grill was up next. At first glance walking up it was absolutely breathtaking with the awesome view and atmosphere. Whether coming out of for a date night, casual friend outing, or special occasion this place could absolutely fit that need. The service was exceptional and prompt and when the food hit the table it was nothing short of amazing. For you beer lovers out there they also have many local brews on tap! I would absolutely recommend this place if you are in town visiting for a weekend or if you are a local, you won't be disappointed!

My wife and I have been in multiple times and we absolutely love it. The combination of food, drinks, service, atmosphere, and location are spectacular. My wife and I have enjoyed light appetizers (conch fritters and wings) and drinks at the beautiful bar with a stunning view of the Wando River. We have also been treated to a full course dinner with friends on two occasions. Both were better than satisfactory. Our waiter/ waitress has always been overly attentive. I would highly recommend Wando River Grill and look forward to my next visit.
